Lee received a U.S. Flag which flew over the U.S. Capitol in honor of her efforts in extending the James Zadroga 9/11 Health & Compensation Act for 75 years. The flag was accompanied by a letter from U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York. Sen. Gillibrand thanked Lee for her hard work and determination. The flag was also accompanied by a certificate from the Architect of the Capitol verifying that the flag flew over the Capitol, in Lee's honor, on Dec. 18, 2015. (Follow link below for photos)
